摘　　要：目的:探讨大黄灌肠液对腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)术后患者保留灌肠促进肠蠕动恢复的临床护理效果。方法:选取2017年6月-2020年6月良性胆囊疾病行LC术后应用大黄灌肠液保留灌肠的患者780例,总结临床护理经验。结果:LC术后应用大黄灌肠液保留灌肠后,患者进食时间、肛门排气排便时间均缩短,手术后腹胀发生率下降。结论:在术后常规护理下应用大黄灌肠液,对LC术后患者保留灌肠,可有效促进术后肠功能的恢复,加快患者术后康复,促进腹腔镜手术的优势。Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing effect of retention enema with rhubarb enema on promoting intestinal peristalsis recovery in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:From June 2017 to June 2020,780 patients with retention enema by rhubarb enema after laparoscopic cholecystectomy for benign gallbladder disease were selected,we summarized the clinical nursing experience.Results:After retention enema by rhubarb enema after LC,the time of eating,anal exhaust and defecation were significantly shortened,and the incidence of postoperative abdominal distension was significantly decreased.Conclusion:Under the routine postoperative nursing,rhubarb enema is used for retention enema for patients after LC,it can effectively promote the recovery of postoperative intestinal function,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and promote the advantages of laparoscopic surgery.
