摘　　要：矿山项目具有建设周期长、涉及面广,受资源品级、开采技术条件等众多不可预见因素影响大等特点,其前期评估的指标能否在项目建成后实现,有哪些经验教训,需要科学、全面的项目后评价来回答。为了给未来同类型项目的决策、运营管理提供参考,以某矿山建设项目为例,采用现有后评价方法,对项目前期决策、实施过程、产生的效益和影响进行了系统分析、评价,研究结果表明,项目预期目标大部分已实现,基本达到了预期效益和影响,但也存在部分建设流程不合规,项目工期整体滞后,市场风险预计不足等一系列问题。Mine project has the characteristics of long construction period,wide coverage,and is greatly affected by many unforeseen factors such as resource grade and mining technical conditions.Wheth⁃er the pre-evaluation indexes can be realized after the completion of the project,and what experiences and lessons need to be answered by scientific and comprehensive post evaluation.In order to provide a refer⁃ence for the decision-making and operation management of similar projects in the future,this paper takes a mine construction project as an example,uses the existing post evaluation methods to systematically ana⁃lyze and evaluate the early decision-making,implementation process,benefits and impacts of the project.The research results show that most of the expected objectives of the project have been achieved,and the expected benefits and impacts have been basically achieved,but there are still some problems,such as the construction process is not in compliance,the overall construction period is lagging behind,and the mar⁃ket risk is not expected to be sufficient.
