铜绿山矿露天坑尾砂胶结充填配比试验研究

摘　　要：针对露天坑亟需充填治理和尾矿库容积匮乏的问题,铜绿山矿计划采用全尾砂胶结充填露天坑的解决方案。为满足露天坑充填强度要求,在引入新型胶结充填材料的基础上,开展了粗颗粒尾砂和细粒级尾砂的充填配比试验研究。尾砂粒级分析表明,铜绿山矿现阶段尾砂粒度较细,使用砂仓尾砂和砂仓溢流水底流极细尾砂进行了多种浓度和灰砂比的充填强度交叉试验,重点研究了底流极细尾砂高浓度低灰砂比和低浓度高灰砂比2种情况下新型胶凝料的固化效果。结果表明,料浆浓度对充填强度影响更显著。基于成本控制和技术可行性,极细尾砂充填推荐高浓度低灰砂比方案:浓度66%,灰砂比1∶15,充填体强度满足充填要求。In view of the urgent need for filling management of the open pit and the shortage of tail⁃ings reservoir volume,Tonglushan Mine plans to adopt the treatment plan of filling the open pit with ce⁃mented tailings.In order to meet the filling strength requirements of the open pit,on the basis of the intro⁃duction of new cemented filling materials,an experimental study on the filling ratio of coarse-grained tail⁃ings and fine-grained tailings was carried out.The analysis of the tailings particle size indicates that the tail⁃ings of Tonglushan Mine are relatively fine at this stage,and cross-tests of the filling strength of various concentrations and cement sand ratio have been carried out using the tailings of the sand bin and ultra-fine tailings of the overflow underflow of the sand bin.The curing effect of new cementitious materials under two conditions of high concentration and low cement sand ratio and low concentration and high cement sand ra⁃tio of ultra-fine tailings was mainly studied.The results show that slurry concentration has more significant effect on filling strength.Based on cost control and technical feasibility,high concentration and low cement sand ratio scheme is recommended for filling with ultra-fine-tailings:concentration is 66%,cement sand ratio is 1∶15,and the strength of filling body meets the filling requirements.
