摘　　要：针对复杂环境下孙家峁石灰石矿山高陡边坡安全开采问题,进行了边坡安全开采分区。合理利用爆破自由面,采用机械揭顶和降段爆破技术处理临边超过45°的边坡;对于直立边坡的临边爆破采用松动爆破技术,最大限度减小爆破振动的影响;通过分段间隔不耦合装药与耦合装药相结合的控制爆破技术,降低爆破振动以及减少飞石;精细化施工组织,使爆破施工与铲装设备紧密配合;有针对性地开挖防护沟、安装SNS被动防护网等多种安全防护措施,保障临边重要生产设施的安全。最终实现该露天矿山高陡边坡矿体的安全和高效开采。Aiming at the problem of safe mining of high and steep slopes in Sunjiamao Cement Mine under complex environment,the classification of safe mining of slopes was carried out.Make reasonable use of the free surface of blasting,and adopt mechanical top-lifting and descending blasting techniques to deal with slopes with edges exceeding 45°.The loose blasting technology is adopted for the edge blasting of the vertical slope to minimize the influence of blasting vibration.The controlled blasting technology that com⁃bines segmented and spaced uncoupled charges with coupled charges reduces blasting vibration and flying rocks.Adopting refined construction organization,so that blasting construction and shovel loading equip⁃ment are closely coordinated.Various safety protection measures such as targeted excavation of protection trenches and installation of SNS passive protection nets have been adopted to ensure the safety of important production facilities on the border.Finally,the safe and efficient mining of the high and steep slope ore body of the open-pit mine is realized.
