摘  要:腊子沟金矿存在通风系统风量不足、风机安装及选型不合理、风机漏风严重、新风和污风串联、污浊风流循环使用等问题。从矿井总风量、通风方式、机站设置和风机选型几个方面对腊子沟金矿通风系统进行了优化。优化后通风系统总风量为45.36 m^(3)/s,通风方式调整为单翼对角抽出式通风,主扇型号为DK45-6-№16,辅扇为K40-4-№15。经检测,新系统主辅扇实耗功率为134.91 kW,主扇效率为71%,辅扇效率为60%;系统能迅速排出井下爆破作业产生的有毒有害气体,井下最高风温为25.1℃。优化改造后的通风系统稳定可靠。Lazigou Gold Mine ventilation system has problems such as insufficient air volume,unrea⁃sonable fan installation and selection,serious fan leakage,series connection of fresh air and dirty air,and circulating use of dirty air flow.The ventilation system of Lazigou Gold Mine was optimized from the as⁃pects of total air volume,ventilation mode,station setting and fan selection.After optimization,the total air volume of the ventilation system is 45.36 m^(3)/s,and the ventilation method is adjusted to single-wing diago⁃nal extraction ventilation.The model of the main fan is DK45-6-№16,and the auxiliary fan is K40-4-№15.After testing,the actual power consumption of the main and auxiliary fans of the new system is 134.91 kW,the efficiency of the main fan is 71%,and the auxiliary fan is 60%.The system can quickly exhaust the toxic and harmful gases produced by downhole blasting operations,and the maximum air temperature downhole is 25.1℃.The optimized ventilation system is stable and reliable.
