摘  要:内蒙古某矽卡岩型高硫含铜矿石Cu品位为0.22%、S品位为9.32%,主要铜矿物为黄铜矿,主要硫矿物为黄铁矿;硫化铜分布率74.63%,氧化铜分布率24.39%;非金属矿物主要有石榴石、透辉石。为了确定该矿石的开发利用工艺,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm70%的情况下,采用1粗2精2扫浮铜、1粗1精1扫浮硫,铜硫优先浮选流程处理矿石,最终获得Cu品位18.55%、Cu回收率80.34%的铜精矿,S品位52.51%、S回收率56.68%的硫精矿。试验确定的铜硫优先浮选流程结构简单、合理,易于操作,选矿技术经济指标良好,可作为矿石开发利用的依据。A skarn-type high-sulfur copper-bearing ore in Inner Mongolia has a Cu grade of 0.22%and an S grade of 9.32%.The main copper mineral is chalcopyrite,and the main sulfur mineral is pyrite;the distribution rate of copper sulfide is 74.63%,oxidation copper distribution rate is 24.39%;the non-me⁃tallic minerals mainly include garnet and diopside.In order to determine the development and utilization technology of the ore,a beneficiation test study was carried out.The results show that in the case of grind⁃ing fineness of-0.074 mm 70%,the ore is processed by the priority flotation process of one roughing two cleaning two scavenging copper flotation,one roughing one cleaning one scavenging sulfur flotation,copper and sulfur preferential flotation to deal with the ore,and finally obtains copper concentrate with Cu grade of 18.55%,Cu recovery rate of 80.34%,sulfur concentrate with S grade of 52.51%and S recovery rate of 56.68%.The copper-sulfur priority flotation process determined by the experiment has a simple and reason⁃able structure,easy to operate,and good beneficiation technical and economic indicators,which can be used as a basis for ore development and utilization.
