摘 要:甘肃某金矿选矿厂采用一段磨浮工艺回收细粒浸染型难选金矿石中的金,金回收率仅在78%左右。为提高金回收率,在探索试验基础上进行了阶段磨浮工艺研究。试验研究表明,采用阶段磨浮工艺流程处理金品位为2.86 g/t的矿石,在一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm52%、二段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm87%、用氧化钙调矿浆pH值=8.0、丁基黄药用量为150 g/t、2#油用量为95 g/t情况下,闭路试验获得的综合精矿金品位为41.77 g/t、回收率为86.51%,金回收率提高约8个百分点,经济效益显著。The gold recovery of a micro-disseminated gold ore in Gansu is only about 78%by onestage grinding-flotation.In order to improve the gold recovery,the stage grinding-flotation was studied on the basis of exploratory experiments.The experimental study shows that the ore with gold grade of 2.86 g/t is treated by stage grinding-flotation,and the closed-circuit test is carried out under the conditions that the grinding fineness of the first stage is-0.074 mm 52%,the grinding fineness of the second stage is-0.074 mm 87%,the pulp pH is adjusted to 8.0 with calcium oxide,the dosage of butyl xanthate is 150 g/t,and the dosage of 2#oil is 95 g/t.The gold grade of the comprehensive concentrate obtained by closed-circuit test is 41.77 g/t,the recovery rate is 86.51%,the recovery of gold is increased by about 8 percentage points,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
