摘  要:在露天转地下开采过程中,护顶矿柱厚度的确定意义重大。若留设的护顶矿柱厚度较薄,可能会造成露天采坑底部护顶矿柱突然崩落,在采空区形成强动力冲击,极大威胁井下设施及作业人员的安全。若留设的护顶矿柱厚度过大,会在一定程度上影响到矿山的经济效益。因此,在确保安全的前提下,选择合理厚度的护顶矿柱能实现矿山效益及安全的最大化。针对以上问题,采用公式法对某方解石矿山护顶矿柱厚度进行了计算,当采场跨度为15 m时,护顶矿柱最大值为19.8 m,最小值为5.9 m;通过进一步模拟分析,确定采用15 m护顶矿柱时,采场变形较大,分别采用20、25 m护顶矿柱厚度时,各采场、间柱以及边坡变形值趋于稳定。最终确定某方解石矿山露天采坑底部护顶矿柱厚度需在20 m以上。Determining the thickness of roof pillar makes a great significance in the process of mining from open-pit to underground.If the thickness of the protective pillar is thin,it may cause sudden collapse,and form strong dynamic impact in the goaf,which greatly threatens the safety of underground facilities and operators.Otherwise,it will affect the economic benefits of the mine to a certain extent.Therefore,on the premise of ensuring safety,selecting reasonable thickness of roof pillar can realize the maximization of mine benefit and safety.In view of the problems above,the paper uses formula method to calculate the thickness of roof pillar.When stope span is 15 m,the maximum value of the roof pillar is 19.8 m,and the minimum value is 5.9 m.Through further simulation and analysis,it is determined that the stope deformation will be larger when 15 m roof pillar is used.When the thickness of 20 m and 25 m roof pillar is adopted,the deformation value of each stope,intermediate pillar and slope tends to be stable.Finally,it is determined that the thickness of roof protection pillar should be more than 20 m.
