摘  要:在白云鄂博铁矿采场台阶爆破作业实践中,针对爆破施工与技术设计要求存在的偏差及出现的爆破质量等问题,通过对现场的深入分析实践,逆向思考问题,创新施工方法,提出了露天矿台阶爆破"控制装药余高"的技术方案,从而保证了爆破施工按照技术设计要求完成。应用实践证明,爆破质量有了明显提高,爆破大块率从16个/万t降低到11个/万t,年节省二次爆破费用约75万元。该技术的应用提高了矿山的整体效益,同时也为其它矿山提供技术参考。In the practice of step blasting in the stope of Baiyun Ebo Iron Mine,in view of the deviation of blasting construction and technical design requirements and the problems of blasting quality,through in-depth analysis and practice of the site,reverse thinking of problems,and innovative construction methods,the open pit was proposed.The technical scheme of"controlling the residual height of the charge"of the mine bench blasting ensures that the blasting construction is completed in accordance with the technical design requirements.Application practice has proved that the quality of blasting has been significantly improved,the rate of blasting large blocks has been reduced from 0.0016 pieces/t to 0.0011 pieces/t,and the annual cost of secondary blasting has been saved about 750000 yuan.The application of this technology not only improves the overall efficiency of the mine,but also provides reference for other mines.
