相邻炮孔互为导向空孔技术在酒钢西沟矿的应用

摘　　要：酒钢西沟矿东部山头进行分期开采,东部固定帮的稳定至关重要,西沟矿东部固定帮采用孔底集中装药和线装药的预裂爆破技术,但爆破效果均一般。为了提高东部固定帮的预裂爆破效果,通过采用相邻炮孔互为导向空孔技术的孔底集中装药预裂爆破技术,达到了预期的爆破效果,增强了固定帮的稳定性,为西沟矿以后的固定帮预裂爆破提供了实践经验。The eastern hilltop of Xigou Mine of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is mined by stages.The stability of the eastern fixed wall is very important.The presplitting blasting technology of hole bottom concentrated charge and line charge is adopted for the eastern fixed wall of Xigou mine,but the blasting ef⁃fect is general.In order to improve the presplitting blasting effect of the fixed side in the East,the presplit⁃ting blasting technology of the hole bottom concentrated charge with the technology of the adjacent holes mutual guiding empty hole is adopted,which achieves the expected blasting effect,enhances the stability of the fixed side,and provides practical experience for the future presplitting blasting of the fixed side in Xigou mine.
