摘 要:某选钼尾矿中WO_(3)含量0.21%,为有效提高该尾矿中低品位白钨矿资源地回收利用,促进矿山的可持续发展,在矿石性质研究的基础上进行了浮选试验研究。试验研究表明:采用丁基黄药、2#油预先脱硫,脱硫后的尾矿采用碳酸钠为pH值调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、ZL为捕收剂,进行1粗3扫2粗精选别可得到白钨粗精矿;将白钨粗精矿在加温的条件下,采用ZL为捕收剂,水玻璃抑制剂为主、NS抑制剂为辅,通过3精2精扫闭路试验,最终得到了WO_(3)含量69.09%、WO_(3)回收率为84.19%的较好指标的钨精矿,为该尾矿中钨资源的有效开发利用提供了技术支撑,为共、伴生白钨矿资源的浮选回收提供了借鉴。The content of WO_(3) in a molybdenum tailings is 0.21%.In order to effectively improve the recovery and utilization of low grade scheelite in the tailings and promote the sustainable development of the mine,flotation test was carried out on the basis of the study of ore properties.The experimental results show that:using butyl xanthate,2#oil pre-desulfurization,desulfurized tailings using sodium carbonate as pH reg⁃ulator,sodium silicate as inhibitor and ZL as collector,through one roughing,three scavenging and two roughing separation,scheelite crude concentrate can be obtained.Under the conditions of scheelite rough concentrate heated,ZL as collecting agent,sodium silicate inhibitor supplemented,NS inhibitors,three scav⁃enging and two roughing separation closed-circuit test.Finally WO_(3) content,WO_(3) recovery was 69.09%and 84.19%that are better indicators of tungsten concentrate are obtained.Which provides the technical support for the effective development and utilization of the tailings of tungsten resources,and provides the reference for lotation recovery of associated scheelite resources.
