摘  要:为高效开发利用本溪思山岭石英岩矿石,在矿石性质研究的基础上进行了初步分选探究试验。试验采用粗细分级—磁浮联合工艺流程对矿物进行分选提纯,试验最终获得了0.71~0.105mm粒级SiO_(2)品位99.08%的石英精矿,以及-0.105 mm粒级SiO_(2)品位99.48%的石英精矿。该试验对本溪思山岭地区石英资源的合理开发及综合利用具有重要意义,为该石英资源进一步的分选工艺探究提供了必要的依据,并对相关产品的开发奠定了基础。In order to efficiently develop and utilize the quartzite ore in Sishanling,Benxi,a prelimi⁃nary separation test was carried out based on the study of ore properties.The combined process of coarse and fine gradation—magnetic flotation was used to separate and purify the minerals.Finally,quartz concen⁃trate with 0.71~0.105 mm,SiO_(2) grade of 99.08%was obtained,and quartz concentrate with-0.105 mm,SiO_(2) grade of 99.48%was obtained.This test is of great significance to the rational development and com⁃prehensive utilization of quartz resources in Sishanling area,Benxi,and provides necessary basis for further exploration of the separation technology of quartz resources,and lays a foundation for the development of re⁃lated products.
