摘  要:采用带有双键的有机硅单体对丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,并添加反应型乳化剂代替传统乳化剂,通过乳液聚合法合成了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液体系(KHPA)。采用红外光谱对产物的结构进行了表征,通过粒径分析仪、力学试验机、涂膜性能测试等手段重点探讨不同含量有机硅单体对乳液及涂层的粒径、剥离性能及漆膜复合性能的影响。红外分析表明,有机硅单体成功参与反应,当有机硅单体含量从0增至3%时,乳液粒径从126.8nm减小至92.56nm,涂膜的初期剥离力由0.8mN·m^(-1)下降至0.57mN·m^(-1)。通过添加一定助剂得到一种耐水性,附着力,铅笔硬度,耐磨耗性等漆膜性能优良的水性可剥离指甲油体系。Silicone modified acrylate(KHPA)emulsion was synthesized by using silicone monomers with double bonds and the polymerizable surfactant by using the emulsion polymerization method.The KHPA structure was characterized by FTIR.Effect of the different content of silicone monomers on the particle size,peel performance,and film performance of the KHPA emulsions and coatings were demonstrated by the particle size analyzer,mechanical testing machine and film performance.The FTIR results showed that silicone monomers were successfully introduced into the polyacrylate chains.With the content of silicone monomers increased from 0%to 3%,the particle size decreased from 126.8nm to 92.56nm,the peel strength decreased from 0.8mN·m^(-1)to 0.57mN·m^(-1).A water-based peelable nail polish system with excellent film properties such as water resistance,adhesion,pencil hardness,and abrasion resistance was obtained by adding certain additives.
