摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定高含量钛铁合金。样品经过微波消解后,于334.94nm分析谱线处测得钛元素发射强度,根据单点建立的工作曲线确定钛元素含量。单点建线避免了线性较差问题;微波消解缩短溶样时间,钇作为内标元素减少仪器波动的影响。检测结果相对标准偏差为0.20%~0.34%,标样验证结果未超允许差,表明方法可用于Ti含量范围在65%~70%钛铁样品检测。The high content of TiFe alloy was tested by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.After microwave digestion,the emission intensity of titanium was tested at 334.94nm,and the content of titanium was tested according to the working curve.Microwave digestion shortens the sample dissolving time,and yttrium as the internal standard element reduces the influence of instrument fluctuation.The relative standard deviation of the test results is 0.20%~0.34%,and the verification result of the standard sample does not exceed the allowable deviation,which indicates that the method can be used for the testing of TiFe samples with Ti content ranging from 65%to 70%.
