摘 要:Na_(2)FeO_(4)是具有氧化、杀菌消毒、漂白、脱色、净化等特点的高效水处理剂。本文将钛白副产的廉价FeSO_(4)净化处理后得到医药级FeSO_(4),并以此为原料合成Na_(2)FeO_(4),结果表明,Na_(2)FeO_(4)优化合成条件:NaClO体积30mL,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O用量2.2g,NaOH投加量15g,反应温度40℃,反应时间60min。通过研究为工业副产FeSO_(4)的综合利用、提高附加值提供了新的途径。Sodium ferrate is a high efficient water treatment agent,its characteristic is with oxidation,sterilization,bleaching,decolorization,purification and so on.In this paper the cheap ferrous sulphate from byproduct of bitanium dioxide was purified and the product meets the standards of pharmaceutical grade.Sodium ferrate was synthesized from this material.The result showed that the optimal synthesis conditions was that in the case of sodium hypochlorite is 30mL volume,seven water ferrous sulfate dosing quantity is 2.2g,sodium hydroxide dosing quantity is 15g,reaction temperature of 40℃,the reaction time of 60min.The research provides a new way for comprehensive utilization of industrial byproduct ferrous sulfate and increasing its added value.
