摘 要:以泰山白首乌2年生种子苗为研究对象,开展初选不同单株叶片性状遗传变异规律研究。结果表明,泰山白首乌叶片性状间存在不同程度的表型变异,单株间变异系数范围从5.33%到54.56%。泰山白首乌叶片性状各指标间相关性分析表明,各指标间多数存在显著性或极显著相关关系。叶面积除与叶尖长呈不显著相关关系外,与其他指标性状值均呈极显著正相关关系,其中与叶宽间的正相关系数最大为0.9410。可见,泰山白首乌种子苗叶片表型性状存在丰富的遗传变异,为泰山白首乌种质资源的保存和良种选育提供研究基础。The the genetic variation of leaf traits of two-year seedlings from Cynanchum bungei Decne was studied.The results showed that there was varing degrees of phenotypic variations among leaf traits of different individuals.The coefficient of variationranged from 5.33%to 54.56%.The correlation analysis of the leaf traits of Cynanchum bungei Decne showed that there were significant or extremely significant correlation among the leaf indexes.In addition to the non-significant correlation between leaf area and leaf opex length,there was a very significant positive correlation between leaf area and other leaf indexes,and the maximum positive correlation coefficient between leaf area and leaf width was 0.9410.Theabundant genetic variations in leaf phenotypic traits of the seed seedlings of Cynanchum bungei Decne provides a reference for the conservation of germplasm resources and the breeding of improved varieties.
