摘  要:以春大麦新品种蒙啤麦5号为研究对象,测定其饲草产量及饲草营养品质指标并进行分析,探讨其在内蒙古西部区的最佳刈割时期.结果表明,随着刈割期推移,乳熟期鲜干比最低,3个刈割期鲜草产量无显著差异,干草产量乳熟期最高,与其他2个刈割期有显著差异.粗蛋白、粗灰分、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、钙、磷含量呈下降趋势,粗蛋白在乳熟期与开花期有显著差异,酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维在乳熟期与灌浆期有显著差异;主成分分析,表明在乳熟期刈割时粗灰分、鲜草产量、干草产量、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维较其他时期刈割具有明显优势.综合分析,蒙啤麦5号适宜在乳熟期刈割,可以获得较高的鲜草产量和干草产量,并且主要饲草品质指标较好.The yield and forage nutrient quality of a new spring barley variety,Mengpimai 5,were determined and analyzed to explore the best cutting time of forage grass in the western region of Inner Mongolia.The results showed that as the cutting period went on,the fresh-dry ratio was the lowest at milk-ripe stage,and there was no significant difference in fresh grass yield among the three cutting periods,but the hay yield was the highest at milk-ripe stage,which was significantly different from the other two cutting periods.The contents of crude pro⁃tein,ash,acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber,calcium and phosphorus showed a decreasing trend.Crude protein was significantly different at milking stage and flowering stage,and acid detergent fiber and neutral deter⁃gent fiber were significantly different at milking stage and grain filling stage.According to principal component analysis,the crude ash content,fresh grass yield,hay yield,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber showed obvious advantages in cutting at milk-ripe stage compared with other stages.According to the comprehen⁃sive analysis,Mengpimai 5 was suitable for cutting at milk-ripe stage,which could obtain higher yield of fresh grass and hay,and the main forage quality indexes were better.
