早期VSD 联合组织瓣序贯治疗深度电烧伤效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究深度电烧伤患者采用早期负压封闭吸引(VSD)联合组织瓣序贯治疗的效果。方法选择2016年1月至2019年2月于河南省汝阳县人民医院接受治疗的深度电烧伤患者70例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用早期VSD治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用组织瓣序贯治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗相关指标和平均瘢痕指数。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率较高,创面愈合时间、肉芽生长时间及住院时间均较短,平均瘢痕指数评分较低(P<0.05)。结论早期VSD联合组织瓣序贯治疗深度电烧伤效果显著,有助于缩短创面愈合时间、肉芽生长时间及住院时间,降低平均瘢痕指数评分。Objective To investigate the effect of early vacuum sealing aspiration(VSD)combined with tissue flap sequential therapy in patients with deep electric burn.Methods From January 2016 to February 2019,70 patients with deep electric burn were treated in Ruyang County People's Hospital of Henan Province.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases each.Results The control group was treated with VSD at early stage,and the observation group was treated with tissue flap sequentially on the basis of the control group.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher total effective rate,shorter wound healing time,shorter granulation growth time and shorter hospital stay,and lower average scar index(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD combined with tissue flap is effective in the treatment of deep electric burn,which can shorten the time of wound healing,granulation growth,hospitalization and average scar index.
