摘  要:以苯甲酰乙酸乙酯(EBA)为改性试剂,对聚天冬氨酸(PASP)进行功能化修饰,得到了一种新型阻垢剂EBA-PASP;再以其为主剂,通过正交实验,得到了一种高效缓蚀配方。采用静态沉积法分析了EBA-PASP的应用范围,采用旋转挂片法研究了改性产品及其配方对A3碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,在药剂浓度为8~10mg·L^(-1)、使用时间小于10h、温度小于80℃、Ca^(2+)浓度小于250mg·L^(-1)的水体系中,EBA-PASP对CaCO3的抑制性能可达100%。当总加药量为39mg·L^(-1)、HEDP∶EBA-PASP∶ZnSO_(4)∶Na_(2)MoO_(4)(摩尔比)=5∶4∶17∶13时,配方对A3碳钢的年腐蚀率为0.018978mm·a^(-1),可满足工业需求。采用IR和1HNMR等手段证明EBA基团已成功接枝,采用XRD、SEM等剖析了药剂对CaCO3晶型的微观调控过程,发现调控过程以晶格畸变为主。用宏观分析法和SEM研究了配方组分之间协同效应的作用机理,即形成了一种特殊的吸附-沉淀-钝化复合膜,从而阻止了金属腐蚀。A new kind of scale inhibitor EBA-PASP,was obtained applied benzoylacetate(EBA)as polyaspartic acid’s(PASP)modification agent.As the main agent,a high-efficiency corrosion inhibition formula was obtained through orthogonal test.The application range of EBA-PASP was analyzed by static scale inhibition methods.The corrosion inhibition performance of modified products and their formulations on A3 carbon steel was studied by corrosion experiment.The results showed,in the water system with the concentration of 8~10mg/L,the use time was less than 10h,the temperature was less than 80℃,and the Ca^(2+)concentration was less than 250mg/L,the inhibition performance of EBA-PASP on CaCO3 could reach 100%.When the dosage was 37mg/L and the molar ratio of HEDP:EBA-PASP:ZnSO_(4):Na_(2)MoO_(4)=5:4:17:13,the annual corrosion rate of the formulation to A3 carbon steel was 0.018978mm/a,which met the industrial demands.The content of phosphorus and Zn^(2+)in effluent met the national standard.The grafting of EBA groups was proved by means of IR and 1HNMR.XRD and SEM were used to analyze the microscopic adjustment process of the chemical agent on the CaCO3 crystal form,and it was found which the adjustment process was dominated by lattice distortion.Macroscopic analysis and SEM were used to study the mechanism of synergistic effect between the components of the formulation,which was to form a special adsorption-precipitation-passivation composite film to prevent metal corrosion.
