摘  要:以2-乙酰噻吩和噻吩-2-甲醛为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,乙醇/水为溶剂,经一步反应合成了1,3,5-三噻吩基-1,5-戊二酮,其结构经^(1)H-NMR、FTIR、熔点和LC-MS表征,并分析了该化合物的紫外可见光吸收性能。结果表明,1,3,5-三噻吩基-1,5-戊二酮对紫外光的吸收较强,在二氯甲烷中,其最大吸收波长λ_(max)=261nm,摩尔消光系数ε=2.13×10^(3) L·mol·cm^(-1),对可见光的吸收较弱,可归因于该化合物缺乏大的共轭体系。1,3,5-Tris(thiophen-2-yl)pentane-1,5-dione was synthesized by single-step reaction of 2-acetylthiophene and thiophen-2-carbaldehyde in ethanol-water mixture applied NaOH as catalyst.The structures of product was characterized by ^(1)H-NMR,FTIR,melting point,LC-MS,and UV-vis spectroscopy.The UV-vis spectra results indicated that 1,3,5-tris(thiophen-2-yl)pentane-1,5-dione exhibited a strong absorbance in the UV region of 250~300 nm in CH2Cl2 solution,λ_(max)=261 nm,ε=2.13×10^(3)L·mol/cm,and had no absorbance in the visible region.This was mainly due to the absence of conjugation in the compound.
