摘 要:针对机场周边某农民中心村不同于多层住宅的特殊性,基于现场噪声检测结果,根据室内声环境要求,确定允许噪声级及隔声量,提出安全、经济、适用、可行的隔声降噪改造技术,主要包括隔声门窗改造、阳台隔声改造和综合整治。经评估,隔声降噪改造效果显著,不仅室内声环境得以改善且满足规范要求,村民的居住质量也明显提高,可为类似工程提供技术参考。Settle the permitted noise level in room and the volume of sound insulation in accordance with the indoor sonic environment requirements,for the particularity of the suburban central villages around the airport which is different from the multi-storey residence and based on the noise detection results in field.Raise the safe,economical,appropriate and feasible renovation technologies for sound insulation and noise reduction.Those technologies mainly include doors and windows’sound insulation renovation,balconies’sound insulation renovation and comprehensive improvements.After assessment,the renovation show an evident result,because it not only improves the indoor sonic environment but also meets the specifications.Moreover,the villagers’living quality improved as well.Thus,the renovation technology can be a technical reference for similar projects.
