中国农业生态效率的时空演进规律及影响因素探析——基于非期望产出的SBM模型分析

摘　　要：农业生态效率是衡量生态效率和资源协调发展的重要指标,以碳排放和面源污染作为非期望产出目标,采用非期望产出的SBM模型,分析2001—2017年中国30个省区市的农业生态效率及其空间分布特征,然后通过Tobit回归模型对生态效率的影响因素进行分析.结果表明,中国的整体生态效率水平已经达到中上等水平,但是还是有很大的提升空间.农业公共投资、农业生态效率和区域受理环境(农业受灾状况)呈负相关关系,农民收入与农业生态效率呈现正向关系.Agricultural ecological efficiency is an important index to measure the coordinated development of ecological efficiency and resources.Taking carbon emissions and non-point source pollution as unexpected output targets,the SBM model of unexpected output is adopted to analyze the agricultural ecological efficiency and its spatial distribution characteristics of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2001 to 2017,and the influencing factors of ecological efficiency is analyzed by Tobit regression model.The results show that the overall level of China’s ecological efficiency has reached the middle-to-upper level,but there is still much room for improvement;and there is a negative correlation between agricultural public investment,agricultural ecological efficiency,and regional environment(agricultural disaster status),and a positive correlation between farmers’income and agricultural ecological efficiency.
