摘　　要：乡村治理能力现代化是促进乡村全面振兴的重要抓手,数字化时代的到来,为乡村治理能力现代化向纵深发展提供了保障.区块链、人工智能、云计算等技术的运用,促进治理主体多元化、决策依据科学化、公共服务高效化及治理内容精准化.数字化技术成为有力治理工具的同时,仍面临着人才资源匮乏、治理思维受限、信息共享阻滞、法治建设滞后等难题.因此,从深化人才队伍建设、创新治理理念、完善信息化设施与核心技术以及健全法治建设等方面入手,激发乡村治理活力,进而实现乡村治理能力现代化的目标.The modernization of rural governance ability is an important starting point to promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.The arrival of the digital era provides a guarantee for the in-depth development of rural governance ability modernization.The application of blockchain,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing and other technologies promotes the diversification of governance subjects,scientific decision-making,efficient public services and precise governance content.While digital technology has become a powerful governance tool,it still faces the problems of lack of human resources,inadequate understanding of governance,insufficient information sharing,and backward construction of relevant laws and so on.Hence,it is necessary to deepen the construction of talent team,innovate the governance concepts,improve information facilities and core technology,and establish relevant laws,so as to stimulate the vitality of rural governance to realize the modernization of rural governance ability.
