摘　　要：志愿服务活动已成为大学生思想政治教育的重要载体.在志愿服务活动遍地开花的同时,大学生志愿服务活动中的诸多问题日益显现.树立创新意识、建立新时代的大学生志愿服务体系势在必行.借鉴平衡计分卡原理,服务于当代社会多极化需求的大学生志愿服务体系值得尝试.The volunteer service has become an important carrier of ideological and political education for the college students.While volunteer service activities are blooming everywhere,many problems in the volunteer service activities of college students become increasingly remarkable.It is urgent to establish a sense of innovation and a new era of college students’volunteer service system.Referring to the balanced scorecard,the volunteer service system of college students serving the multi polarized needs of contemporary society is worth trying.
