摘 要:注水管柱在井下受到多种载荷以及活塞效应、鼓胀效应、弯曲效应、温度效应的影响,受力状况复杂,易造成封隔器蠕动,产生巨大经济损失。在考虑内压、外压、轴向力、弯矩、井壁支反力和摩擦力等多种载荷的基础上,建立注水管柱蠕动分析模型,分析多层段分层注水管柱的受力状况,并研究插入式封隔器结构特点、最大摩擦力以及蠕动机理。考虑现场不同温度、排量、井口压力等工况参数,根据建立的注水管柱蠕动分析模型,提出多层段分层管柱蠕动计算方法,并在实例井得到成功验证。The water injection string is affected by a variety of loads,piston effect,bulging effect,bending effect and temperature effect in the well,and the force condition are very complex,which is easy to cause the creep of the packer and cause huge economic loss.Based on the consideration of various loads such as internal pressure,external pressure,axial force,bending moment,borehole wall reaction force and friction force,the creep analysis model of water injection string was established to analyze the stress status of multi-layered water injection string,and the structural characteristics,maximum friction force and creep mechanism of insert seal were studied.Considering different operating parameters such as formation temperature,injection displacement and wellhead pressure,according to the established creep analysis model,a creep calculation method of multi-layered string was proposed,which has been successfully verified in actual well conditions.
