摘  要:随着油田开发进入特高含水后期,层内、层间、平面矛盾愈发突出,分注井日渐增多,分注层段愈发细化,测调工作量逐年增加。恒流堵塞器其注水量不随水嘴前后压差而变化,因此不会受注水压力、地层压力以及其它层段影响,可实现1 a以上免投捞测调,大幅度减少测调工作量。为了提高7段及以上细分注水井的测调效率,对恒流堵塞器内部流场及动态响应等进行仿真研究,分析流场特性,优化堵塞器内部结构,从而延长恒流堵塞器的使用寿命,减少调配层段,提高测调效率,降低层间干扰,保证注水质量。As oilfield development enters the late stage of ultra-high water content,intra-layer,interlayer,and flat contradictions have become increasingly serious,the number of injection wells is increasing,the injection interval is becoming refined,the workload of test is increasing.The water injection of constant flux blanking plug does not change with the pressure before and after the water nozzle,so it will not be affected by water injection pressure,formation pressure and other intervals.It can achieve more than one year of free fishing,greatly reduce the test and adjustment workload.In order to improve the measurement and adjustment efficiency of the subdivision water injection wells of 7 stages and above,the internal flow field and dynamic response of the constant flux blanking plug was simulated,the flow field characteristics was studied,the internal structure of the plug was optimized to extend the service life of the constant flux blanking plug and to reduce adjustment layers,improve test efficiency,reduce inter-layer interference and therefore ensure water injection quality.
