摘  要:渤海蓬莱油田平均每年进行约50口井的侧钻井作业,采用177.8 mm尾管射孔的小井眼完井技术和单层压裂充填防砂工艺,保证其防砂效果和油井产能。但是,单层逐级压裂充填防砂的整体时效性差、费用高。现有的一次多层压裂充填防砂技术存在管柱通径小、细分层数少、压裂充填排量受限等不足。以177.8 mm小井眼完井为例,研制了一种通径为98.55 mm的1次6层及以上细分层系压裂充填防砂管柱及配套工具。对往复运动承压的密封模块等关键工具进行了强度分析和室内试验。试验结果表明,该工具的各项技术参数可以满足蓬莱油田的作业需要,且优于国内外同类工具,具有良好的应用前景。On average about 50 wells were sidetracked every year in Penglai oilfield of Bohai.The 177.8 mm tail pipe perforation completion of single layer fracture packing sand control were basically used to ensure sand control effect and oil production capacity.However,the overall timeliness of single-layer fracturing and sand control is poor with high cost.The existing sand control technology of multi-layer fracturing have the disadvantages such as smaller pipe column path,less subdivision layers,limited pump rate.Taking Penglai 177.8 mm slim hole completion as an example,A one-trip six layers or more subdivision fracture packing sand control string and tool with 98.55 mm bore size was develoved.The strength analysis and lab experiments were carried out for key tools such as reciprocating and pressurized seal modules.The test results show that the various technical parameters of the tool can meet the operational needs of the Penglai oilfield,and are better than similar tools at home and abroad,with good application prospects.
