摘　　要：为探讨雪樱子多糖(AcLP)对鸡淋巴细胞体外增殖的影响,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法测定AcLP的安全浓度,并检测不同浓度的AcLP单独或协同伴刀豆球蛋白(ConA)对鸡淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果显示:AcLP对鸡外周血淋巴细胞的最大安全浓度为13.625 mg·mL^(-1)。AcLP浓度在0.026~1.703 mg·mL^(-1)时,单独刺激鸡外周血和脾脏淋巴细胞,其吸光度值均显著高于细胞对照组;协同ConA时,其吸光度值均显著高于ConA对照组。AcLP浓度在0.053~1.703 mg·mL^(-1)时,协同ConA刺激鸡脾脏淋巴细胞时,其吸光度值均显著高于ConA对照组。表明AcLP单独或协同ConA均可对鸡外周血淋巴细胞和脾脏淋巴细胞体外增殖起到促进作用。To study the effect of polysaccharides from Amaranthus caudatus L.(AcLP)on the proliferation of chicken lymphocytes in vitro,MTT method was used to determine safe concentration of AcLP and the effect of different concentration of AcLP alone or in combination with concanavalin(ConA)on the proliferation of chicken lymphocytes.The results showed that the safe concentration of AcLP to the spleen lymphocyte of chicken was 13.625 mg·mL^(-1).When the chicken peripheral blood lymphocyte or the chicken spleen lymphocyte was stimulated by AcLP in 0.026~1.703 mg·mL^(-1),its absorbance value was significantly higher than that of the cell control group.When the chicken peripheral blood lymphocyte was stimulated by AcLP+ConA,its absorbance value was significantly higher than that of the ConA control group;when the chicken spleen lymphocyte was stimulated by 0.053~1.703 mg·mL^(-1) AcLP+ConA,its absorbance value was significantly higher than that of the ConA control group.In summary,AcLP can not only stimulate the proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes and spleen lymphocytes in vitro,but also have synergistic effect with ConA.
