摘　　要：近年来,数字经济成为拉动经济增长的重要因素。数字经济的快速发展进一步提高了生产效率和资源配置效率,促进了科学化分工和创新生态系统。应加大数字经济核心技术的研发力度,加快数字经济基础设施建设,培育数字经济专业人才体系,加快推动数据开放共享和企业数字化转型,促进各区域数字经济协调发展。同时,进一步完善数字经济相关法律规制,加强数字平台治理,优化数字经济行政管理模式,加快推进数字经济治理体系建设。In recent years,digital economy has become an important factor for promoting economic growth.Its rapid development further enhances the efficieney of production and resource allocation,and helps with the scientific division of labor and innovation ecosystem.We should increase R&D on the core technologies of the digital economy,accelerate construction of the digital economy infrastructure,establish a professionals training system for digital economy,speed up the opening and sharing ofdata and the digital transformation of enterprises,and make the digital economy develop in a coordinated manner in all regions At the same time,we should further improve the relevant legal regulations of the digital economy,step up efforts to govern the digital platforms,optimize the administrative management mode of the digital economy,and quickly strengthen the governance system for the digital economny.
