话语“权利”抑或“权力”:辨析与再认识

摘　　要：在对话语权的研究中,对“权”一词有多种解释,包括权利论、权力论、权利与权力统一论等。这些理解存在一定的认识误区,会影响话语交流的平等性、交互性,不利于话语的有效传播,容易引发对牢牢把握意识形态领导权的误读,不利于中国在交往关系中提升话语权。对于话语权,应将其界定为一种基于话语传播或实践力量而产生的话语的影响力,是动态的过程,其形成受到诸多因素的影响,最终表现为情感或价值上的认同。In the study of the right of dialogue,there are many interpretations of the word"right",including the theory or right,the theory of power,and the theory of the unity of right and power:Yet these theories have their own inadequacies,which will affect the equality and interactivity of discourse communication and is therefore not conducive to the effective transmission of discourse,and may also easily lead to misunderstanding of the Party's firm gripping of the ideological leadership and is therefore not conducive to promoting China's discourse power in the international communications.For discourse power,it should be defined as.a kind of discourse influence based on the spread or practice of discourse and is exhibited as a dynamic process,and its formnation is affeted by many factors,and finally expressed as emotional or value identification.
