摘 要:钢拱架是喷锚支护隧道修筑中重要的加固措施和手段。钢拱架的应力状态变化对分析支护结构的稳定性十分关键。通过在某铁路隧道3个断面关键部位布置振弦式应变计,研究了初期支护钢拱架应力的变化情况,发现该隧道在偏压隧道,其中左边墙,左拱腰,左拱脚3个部位是偏压段。通过对偏压部位的监测数据分析,得出了钢拱架应力随时间变化大致可以分为迅速增长、缓慢增长、趋于稳定3个阶段;同时得知墙部钢拱架应力明显大于腰部和脚部的应力,分析认为是由于围岩局部分布不均均匀所致;监测数据同时也显示每个导坑的闭合对钢拱架应力都会产生积极影响。研究结果对分析隧道支护结构的稳定和指导类似工程支护结构的设计有一定的参考价值。Steel arch is an important reinforcement measure and means for construction of tunnel with bolting and shotcreting support.The change of stress exerted on the steel arch is a critical factor for the analysis of stability of supporting structure.In this paper,the vibrating string strain gauge is arranged in the key part of three sections of a railway tunnel.The stress change of steel arch in initial support is studied,and the tunnel is found to be a bias structure.Among them,the left wall,left arch waist and left arch foot are the bias section.Through analysis on the monitoring data of the biased parts,it is concluded that the stress of the steel arch frame can be divided into three stages:rapid growing,slow growing and stabilizing.Meanwhile,the stress of the steel arch in the wall is obviously greater than that of the waist and the foot,and the analysis is due to the uneven distribution of the surrounding rock.The monitoring data also shows that the closure of each pit has a positive effect on the stress of the steel arch.The research results have certain reference value for the analysis of the stability of the tunnel support structure and the design of the supporting structure of similar projects.
