摘 要:分析了BIM技术的特点,针对建筑群与道路间的综合管线工艺优化问题,结合某山地建筑群项目综合管线设计进行研究。对管线排布要点进行分析,对比传统管线施工方法,提出了利用Revit软件对建筑群与道路间的综合管线进行模型性、三维可视化、优化性设计,并进行碰撞分析,最终实现了设计阶段对综合管线问题基于Revit平台的快速优化调整,提高了工程设计效率,节约了施工成本。Aiming at the optimization of the integrated pipeline technology between the building complex and the road,combining with the integrated pipeline design of a mountain building complex project,this paper analyzes the characteristics of BIM technology.Points of the pipeline arrangement are analyzed,Comparingwith traditional pipeline construction method,using Revit software for comprehensive pipeline between the buildings and road model,3D visualization,optimization design,and collision analysis,are finally achieved the design phase of comprehensive pipeline problems based on Revit platform,fast optimization and adjustment of improving the efficiency of the engineering design and saving construction cost.
