摘 要:【目的】为快速筛选优良棉花品系,寻求棉花产量与纤维品质性状关联度最高的性状指标。【方法】本研究在正常大田栽培条件下,利用叶绿素计、GFS-3000光合仪和MINI-PAM叶绿素荧光仪对12个陆地棉品种(系)进行叶绿素含量、光合叶绿素荧光指标测定,并结合产量和纤维品质性状,对上述光合生理及产量指标进行相关性及灰色关联度分析。【结果】SPAD值与纤维长度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与马克隆值显著负相关;蒸腾速率(T_(r))与气孔导度(G_(s)),光合速率(P_n)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);气孔导度(G_(s))与光合速率(P_(n))也呈极显著正相关;胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))与水分利用效率呈极显著负相关;Φ_(PSII)与最小荧光F_o呈极显著负相关,与F_v/F_m呈极显著正相关;最小荧光F_(o)与F_(v)/F_(m)呈极显著负相关;纤维长度与整齐度呈极显著正相关;纤维整齐度与纤维断裂比强度、伸长率呈极显著正相关,纤维断裂比强度与纤维生长率呈极显著正相关。灰色关联度分析表明,棉花衣分与F_(v)/F_(m)关联度最高,棉花子棉产量与光合速率关联度最高,棉花纤维长度与SPAD关联度最高,棉花纤维整齐度、马克隆值、断裂比强度、棉花纤维伸长率都与qP关联度最高。【结论】F_(v)/F_(m)、P_(n)、SPAD、qP可作为丰产优质棉花品种的评价标准,为棉花品种的选育提供理论依据.【Objective】In order to screen excellent cotton strains rapidly,the highest correlation between cotton yield and fiber quality traits was sought.【Method】The present study was conducted under normal field cultivation conditions.The chlorophyll content and photosynthetic chlorophyll fluorescence index of 12 upland cotton varieties were measured by using chlorophyll meter,GFS-3000 photosynthesis instrument and MINI-PAM Chlorophyll Fluorometer.The above photosynthetic physiology parameters combined with yield and fiber quality traits were analyzed for correlation and gray correlation.【Result】Significant positive correlation was observed in SPAD value and fiber length(P<0.05).Significant negative correlation was observed in SPAD value and micronaire value.Significant positive correlation was observed in Transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs)and photosynthetic rate(Pn).Significant positive correlation was observed in Stomatal conductance(Gs)and photosynthetic rate(Pn).Significant negative correlation was observed in intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and water use efficiency.Significant negative correlation was observed inΦPSII and minimum fluorescence Fo.Significant positive correlation was observed inΦPSII and Fv/Fm.Significant positive correlation was observed in minimum fluorescence Fo and Fv/Fm.Significant positive correlation was observed in fiber length and uniformity.Significant positive correlation was observed in fiber uniformity,fiber strength and elongation.Significant positive correlation was observed in fiber specific strength and fiber growth.Grey correlation analysis showed that the cotton clothing had the highest correlation with Fv/Fm.The yield of cotton had the highest correlation with photosynthetic rate.Cotton fiber length had the highest correlation with SPAD.Cotton fiber uniformity,micronaire value,specific strength at break and cotton fiber elongation were all related to qP.【Conclusion】Fv/Fm,Pn,SPAD and qP can be used as evaluation criteria for high-yield and high-quali
