摘  要:【目的】鉴于中国沙棘克隆生长对水分状况响应机制的研究局限于生态学方面,本文重点探讨其生理学机制。【方法】以1年中国沙棘实生苗为材料,采用全面灌溉模拟试区2、4、6倍的降水量,以不灌水作为对照;基于田间试验结果,分析克隆生长、光合生理、水分生理指标对灌水强度的响应规律及其因果关系。【结果】随着灌水强度的增大,土壤含水率持续上升而组织含水率、克隆生长、光合生理指标先升后降,丙二醛、超氧自由基含量先降后升;克隆生长能力与光合生理指标、组织含水率呈正相关,与丙二醛、超氧自由基含量呈负相关。【结论】当灌水强度呈"过小-适宜-过大"连续变化时,克隆生长能力和种群稳定性呈"低-高-低"连续变化,即种群早衰概率呈"高-低-高"连续变化,最有利于克隆生长能力发挥的灌水强度为当地降水量的4.0~5.0倍。【Objective】In view of the fact that almost all the reports on the response mechanism of clonal growth of Hippophae rhamnoides ssp.sinensis to water supply were focused on ecology,this research aimed to discuss the relating physiological mechanisms.【Method】One-year-old seedlings of H.rhamnoides ssp.sinensis were used in this study.The comprehensive irrigation method was used to form the irrigation intensity of 2,4,6 times of the annual precipitation in the test area,and no irrigation was taken as the control.How the clonal growth ability depended on the physiological index and further on the irrigation intensity was analyzed.【Result】The increased irrigation intensity enhanced the soil moisture and tissue water content.With the increase of the irrigation,the clonal growth indicators and photosynthetic physiological indicators went up and then down while the malondialdehyde and superoxide free radical content decreased firstly,and increased thereafter.The clonal growth ability were positively related to the photosynthetic physiological indicators and tissue water content,while negatively related to water physiological indicators.【Conclusion】When the irrigation increased from deficit to optimum to excess,the clonal growth ability and population stability showed a‘low-high-low’continuous change,that was,the probability of population premature senescence showed a‘high-low-high’continuous change,and the irrigation intensity which was most conducive to the clonal growth ability was 4.0-5.0 times of the local precipitation.
