摘  要:针对四溴双酚A(TBBPA)作为常用溴代阻燃剂是持久性有机污染物(POPs)的一种,其在塑料制品、纺织品和各类树脂等一些高分子聚合物中广泛应用的同时,在水体与水生生物中含量不断升高,本文于2018年春季和2019年秋季在渤、黄海采集样本,测定水体中和浮游动物体内TBBPA的含量,研究TBBPA在渤、黄海海域的分布特征和在浮游动物体内的生物富集情况,并结合环境因子进行相关性分析。结果表明,春秋季水体样本中TBBPA的浓度范围分别为0.04285~1.096和0.1294~1.490μg/L,浮游动物中TBBPA的浓度范围为0.4755~13.03和1.145~25.91μg/g,生物富集因子(BAF)范围为2.268×10^(3)~69.37×10^(3)和1.566×10^(3)~60.66×10^(3),浮游动物对TBBPA有生物富集能力。各环境因子中仅水温与秋季水体TBBPA含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA),one of the commonly used brominated flame retardants,is a kind of the persistent organic pollutants(POPs).It is widely used in some high molecular polymers such as plastic products,textiles and various resins.And its content in water and aquatic organisms is gradually increasing.In this study,samples were collected in the Bohai Sea and the Huanghai Sea in spring 2018 and autumn 2019 to determine the concentrations of TBBPA in the water column and zooplankton.Then,the distribution characteristics of TBBPA in water and its bioaccumulation in zooplankton were studied by the content,and correlation analysis was also conducted with environmental factors.The results showed that the concentrations of TBBPA were different in the spring and autumn samples,where the concentration ranges were 0.04285~1.096 and 0.1294~1.490μg/L in the water column,0.4755~13.03 and 1.145~25.91μg/g in the zooplankton,respectively.Meanwhile the bioacuumulation factor(BAF)which ranged from 2.268×10^(3) to 69.37×10^(3) and 1.566×10^(3) to 60.66×10^(3) indicated that zooplankton have the ability to bioaccumulate TBBPA.In addition,among the environmental factors,only the TBBPA content in autumn water exhibited strongly positive correlation with water temperature(P<0.05).
