关节松动手法治疗颈型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的探析关节松动手法治疗颈型颈椎病的应用价值。方法选取本院2017年3月至2019年1月收治的颈型颈椎病患者88例,以随机数字表法分为两组,均44例。对照组行颈椎牵引治疗,观察组行关节松动手法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、颈椎功能恢复、疼痛缓解程度。结果相较对照组,观察组治疗总有效率较高,治疗后NDI评分、VAS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将关节松动手法用于颈型颈椎病治疗中,有助于改善颈椎功能,减轻疼痛程度,增强临床疗效。Objective To explore the application value of joint loosening manipulation in the treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis.Methods Eighty-eight patients with cervical spondylosis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method, all of which were 44 cases.The control group underwent cervical traction treatment, and the observation group underwent joint loosening manipulation.The efficacy, symptoms and signs and pain levels of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher.The scores of symptoms and signs were higher after treatment, and the VAS score was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint loosening method is used in the treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis, which can significantly improve the symptoms and signs and pain symptoms of patients, and can enhance the clinical efficacy.
