摘  要:目的分析泌尿系统疾病分别采用CT尿路成像(CTU)、静脉肾盂造影(IVU)的诊断效果。方法选2018年1月至2019年1月在我院检查的100例泌尿系统疾病患者进行研究,分别行CT尿路成像、静脉肾盂造影检查,以病理学诊断结果为标准,比较两种检查方法的诊断符合率。结果 100例患者的病理检查结果为:结石42例、输尿管梗阻17例、炎症15例、肿瘤10例、肾囊肿10例、肾输尿管畸形6例。CT尿路成像诊断准确率为96%,静脉肾盂造影为75%,但是CT尿路成像检查费用约为(1000.76±452.68)元,而静脉肾盂造影为(400.26±167.88)元,两组在费用及诊断准确率方面比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT尿路成像和静脉肾盂造影诊断泌尿系统疾病,前者诊断准确率更高,但检查费用高、放射线辐射剂量大,因此,应根据患者病情及患者实际需求选择合适的诊断方式。Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of CT urography(CTU) and intravenous pyelography(IVU) in urinary system diseases.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,100 patients with urinary system diseases were studied.CT urography and intravenous pyelography were performed respectively.The diagnostic coincidence rates of the two methods were compared according to the pathological diagnosis results.Results Pathological examination results of 100 patients were as follows: 42 cases of calculi, 17 cases of ureteral obstruction, 15 cases of inflammation, 10 cases of tumors, 10 cases of renal cysts, 6 cases of renal and ureteral malformations.The diagnostic accuracy of CT urography was 96% and that of intravenous pyelography was 75%.However, the cost of CT urography was about(1000.76±452.68) yuan, while that of intravenous pyelography was(400.26±167.88).There was significant difference in the cost and diagnostic accuracy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion CT urography and intravenous pyelography have higher diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases, but the cost of examination is high and radiation dose is large.Therefore, appropriate diagnostic methods should be selected according to the patient’s condition and actual needs.
