精细化护理对防治早期糖尿病足的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的分析精细化护理对防治早期糖尿病足的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月-2019年3月收治的糖尿病足患者190例,随机数字法将其分成对照组与研究组,每组95例。对照组患者接受常规护理,研究组患者接受精细化护理。比较两组患者血糖水平、护理满意度、创口愈合时间及焦虑心理、并发症。结果研究组患者2hPBG、FBG、HbA1c水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理态度、护理技巧、护理安全、护理水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者创口愈合时间及焦虑心理HAMA评分少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理能明显减少早期糖尿病足并发症,提升护理满意度,促进创口愈合,改善负性心理,推荐使用。Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing on prevention and treatment of early diabetic foot.Methods 190 diabetic foot patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled, and randomly divided into two groups by random number table methods, each with 95 cases.Control group received routine nursing, while study group received fine nursing.The blood glucose level, nursing satisfaction, wound healing time, anxiety and complications were compared between groups.Results The 2 hPBG,FBG,and HbA1 c levels in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude, nursing skills, nursing safety, and nursing level in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time and HAMA score in study group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was lower in study group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing can significantly reduce complications, improve nursing satisfaction, promote wound healing, and alleviate the negative psychology for patients with early diabetic foot, which is recommended.
