基于IEES支持法护理对肝胆外科患者术后加速康复的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于IEES支持法护理对肝胆外科患者术后加速康复的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月-12月我院肝胆外科收治的220例行肝癌手术患者,将1月-6月入院的110例患者作为对照组,7月-12月入院的110例患者作为观察组。对照组常规护理,观察组实施基于IEES支持法护理方案。观察比较两组术后恢复指标,焦虑抑郁情绪及并发症情况。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组情绪差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后感染、排尿困难及肝衰竭等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于IEES支持法护理能有效改善肝癌手术患者术后临床症状,缩短住院时间,明显缓解期焦虑抑郁情绪,减少术后不良并发症,有助于加速病情康复,值得临床推荐。Objective To investigate the application effect of IEES multidimensional support method in the rehabilitation nursing of patients after hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 220 patients with liver cancer in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected, and divided into two groups according to the admission month, control group(January-June) and observation group(July-December).Control group received routine nursing, while observation group received IEES multidimensional support nursing.The recovery indexes, anxiety, depression and complications of two groups were observed and compared.Results The recovery time, anus exhaust time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores had no difference between groups before nursing(P>0.05),which were lower in observation group than in control group after nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative infection, dysuria and liver failure in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IEES multidimensional support nursing can effectively ameliorate clinical symptoms, shorten the length of hospitalization, significantly relieve anxiety and depression, reduce postoperative adverse complications, and accelerate the recovery for patients after hepatobiliary surgery, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
