摘 要:针对当前船舶设计过程中存在的总体所与总装厂的协同程度不深、二维图纸交付环节较多、数据无法直接传递、继承导致的研制周期较长和质量控制较难等问题,基于三维体验平台(3DEXPERIENCE Platform, 3DEXP)分析船舶数字化协同设计流程和数据交互方式,并深入研究数据承接环境构建和数据承接方法,支持总体所与总装厂之间实现三维模型交付。通过研究,充分发挥三维模型完整性定义优势,确保数据源统一,减少设计更改,提高设计质量,缩短研发周期。To deal with the issues of long R&D period and the difficulties in quality control caused by the unsatisfactory collaboration between design institute and shipyard including the tedious delivery process of two-dimensional drawings and the indirect data transmission and inheriting in the current ship design process,this paper analyzes the process of ship digital collaborative design and the way of data interaction based on 3 DEXPERIENCE platform(3 DEXP),and investigates in-depth the methods to create data receiving environment and data inheriting procedure,to support the delivery of 3 D models from design institute to shipyard.The method has the advantage of integrity definition of 3 D model to ensure the uniform data source,reduce design changes,improve the quality of ship design and shorten the development cycle.
