赴埃汉语教师志愿者跨文化适应研究

摘　　要：随着中国国际影响力的不断提升,世界上学习汉语的人越来越多,汉语教师志愿者这支队伍也在不断壮大,为汉语传播和推广做出了突出贡献。本文以赴埃汉语教师志愿者为研究对象,通过问卷和访谈的方式获得了志愿者们在埃及的生活、工作和心理情况,在此基础上分别从社会文化适应、工作适应和心理适应三方面描述了志愿者们的跨文化适应现状,并根据现状提出了跨文化适应的对策和建议,希望能对今后的赴埃汉语教师志愿者有所帮助和启发。With the continuous improvement of China’s international influence,more and more people are learning Chinese in the world,and the Chinese teacher volunteer team is also growing,making out⁃standing contributions to the dissemination and promotion of Chinese.Based on the questionnaires and in⁃terviews,this paper takes Chinese teacher volunteers in Egypt as the research object,and obtains their life,work and psychological conditions in Egypt.On this basis,it describes the current situation of cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers in Egypt from three aspects of social and cultural adap⁃tation,work adaptation and psychological adaptation,and puts forward the countermeasures and sugges⁃tions of cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers in Egypt according to the current situa⁃tion,which are expected to be helpful and enlightening to the Chinese teacher volunteers in Egypt in the future.
