摘 要:为改善烧结机润滑脂的黏附性能,针对某烧结厂烧结机滑道的工况条件和润滑要求,考察了基础油、增黏剂、稠化剂等原料对烧结机润滑脂黏附性能的影响,经黏附性实验装置评定及生产现场验证,确定烧结机润滑脂的最佳配方。试验结果表明:以HVI 120BS为基础油,加入1.2%增黏剂A制备得到的复合锂基润滑脂,黏附性能最佳;在实际应用中有效改善滑道密封效果差、烧结机润滑脂流失快、漏风率偏大等问题,加脂间隔时间由20 min延长至30 min,烧结机润滑脂消耗量下降33%。To improve the adhesion performance of grease for sintering machine,the influence of base oil,tackifier,thickener and other raw materials on the adhesion performance of sintering machine grease was investigated according to the working conditions and lubrication requirements of the sintering machine slideway in a sintering plant.After the evaluation of the adhesion test equipment and the verification on the production site,the best formula of the sintering machine grease was determined.The results show that the lithium complex grease prepared by HVI 120 BS adding 1.2% tackifier A has the best adhesion performance.And in practical applications,it can effectively improve the problems of poor sealing effect of the slideway,the fast loss of sintering machine grease,and the partial air leakage rate.The interval time of adding grease is extended from20 minutes to 30 minutes,and the grease consumption of the sintering machine is reduced by 33%.
