摘  要:酸值是氟硅油的重要指标,由于氟硅油特殊的理化性质,其酸值测试的重复性尤其是再现性很差,因此需要对酸值测试影响因素进行分析和研究。通过对同一批样品酸值的测试,对酸值测试不确定度的主要因素,如电极的处理、平衡时间、滴定步长、样品量等进行了对比分析。通过试验过程及数据结果的对比分析,得到了具有较好重复性的酸值测试条件。氟硅油酸值测试结果表明,酸值与氧化安定性结果表现出了相似的变化趋势。改进后方法可以准确测量氟硅油酸值,保证测量的可靠性。The acid value is an important indicator of fluorosilicone oil.Due to the special physical and chemical properties of fluorosilicone oil,the repeatability of the acid value test,especially its reproducibility,is very poor.So it is necessary to analyze and study the factors affecting the acid value.Through the acid value test of the same batch of samples,the main factors that led to the uncertainty of the acid value test,such as electrode processing,equilibration time,titration step length,and sample volume,etc.,were compared and analyzed.Through comparative analysis of the test process and data results,the acid value test conditions with good repeatability were obtained.The test results of acid value of fluorosilicone oil indicate that the acid value and oxidation stability results show similar trends.The improved method can accurately measure the acid value of fluorosilicone oil and ensure the reliability of the measurement.
