摘  要:文章提出了采用发动机台架模拟整车油耗测试循环方式,来评估乘用车润滑油对发动机燃油经济性影响。文中描述了方法建立流程,包括关键模拟量和测试前处理方式。同时采用两种不同润滑油进行了相关验证,验证结果表明该测试方法边界条件可控,同一润滑油测试结果相对标准差不超过0.1%,同时该测试方法与整车测试具有较强关联性,对于不同润滑油测试结果具有明显可区分性。该测试方法可适用于主机厂初装油筛选,润滑油及添加剂公司新产品开发,同时可适用于燃油、添加剂和其他节能产品评估。In this paper,the engine bench test is used to simulate vehicle fuel consumption test cycle to evaluate the influence of passenger car oils on fuel economy of engines.This paper describes the method establishment process,including the key analog and the pre-test processing method.At the same time,two different oils are used for relevant verification,and the verification results show that the boundary conditions are controllable,and the relative standard deviation of the test results for the same oil does not exceed 0.1%.The test method has strong correlation with the vehicle test,and the test results are clearly distinguishable for different oils.The test method can be applied to the initial oil screening of OEMs,the development of new products for lubricant and additive companies,and the evaluation of fuels,additives and other energy-saving products.
