摘 要:随着汽车工业的飞速发展,汽车轴承日益向高速、高可靠性和长寿命方向发展,这同时就要求用于轮毂轴承等部件的润滑脂具有更高的可靠性和长寿命。文章就采用不同的复合锂基润滑脂稠化剂体系(分别是:12-羟基硬脂酸-壬二酸稠化体系,12-羟基硬脂酸-癸二酸-硼酸稠化体系,12-羟基硬脂酸-癸二酸及氢氧化锂-氢氧化钙体系,12-羟基硬脂酸-己二酸稠化体系)制备的润滑脂的性能及其在轮毂轴承上的应用影响及不同的工艺条件方面进行探讨:通过性能测试结果对比可以得出采用12-羟基硬脂酸-壬二酸稠化体系制备的复合锂基润滑脂在车用轮毂轴承润滑脂中具有更好的综合适应性能。With the rapid development of automotive industry,automotive bearings are increasingly developing in the direction of high speed,high reliability and long lifetime.At the same time,the greases used for the wheel hub bearings and other parts are required to have higher reliability and longer lifetime.This article discusses the performances of greases prepared with different lithium complex grease thickener systems(including 12-hydroxy stearic acid-azelaic acid gelled system,12-hydroxy stearic acid-sebacic acid-boric acid gelled system,12-hydroxy stearic acid-sebacic acid and lithium hydroxide-calcium hydroxide system,12-hydroxy stearic acid-adipic acid gelled system) and their application effects on wheel hub bearings,as well as the effects of different blending processes on their performances.Through the comparison of performance test results,it can be concluded that the lithium complex grease prepared with the 12-hydroxy stearic acid-azelaic acid gelled system has better comprehensive adaptability in automotive wheel hub bearing grease.
