摘　　要：母体外周血胎儿游离RNA(cell-free fetal RNA,cffRNA)具有不受胎儿性别限制、易于检测、稳定性好等优势,被认为是潜在的生物标记物,在产科临床中具有广阔的应用前景。研究表明,胎盘是母体外周血cffRNA的主要来源,而子痫前期和胎儿生长受限的孕妇外周血中cffRNA水平异常。因此母体外周血cffRNA有望成为预测或者诊断这些疾病的工具。现对母体外周血cffRNA的分子特征及在子痫前期中的应用进行综述,以期为cffRNA预测子痫前期提供理论支持。Due to the advantages of being unaffected by fetal gender,ease of detection,and good stability,circulating cell-free fetal RNA(cffRNA)is a potential biomarker in obstetric practice.Current evidence has shown that placenta is the main source of circulating cffRNA.In view of the abnormal expression levels in women with preeclampsia and intrauterine growth restriction,circulating cffRNA is proposed as a potential tool to predict or diagnose these diseases.A summary of the molecular characteristics and the applications in preeclampsia of circulating cffRNA is reviewed,in order to evaluate the hypothesis for the prediction of preeclampsia by cffRNA.
