SWRCH22A冷镦钢盘条顶锻开裂原因分析及改进措施

摘　　要：针对某厂近期生产的SWRCH22A冷镦钢盘条1/4冷顶锻批量开裂不合格的情况,通过宏观与微观等分析方法,本文对其原因进行了深入分析,并提出了相应解决措施。结果表明:此次SWRCH22A冷镦钢盘条1/4冷顶锻开裂形貌可归纳为通长裂纹、簇状裂纹、多条纵向裂纹、爆裂纹四种,主要以单条、细长的通长裂纹居多;根据对通长开裂不合格试样的化学成分、金相组织及其母材的表面质量情况等检测分析,发现此次1/4冷顶锻批量开裂的主要原因是SWRCH22A冷镦钢盘条母材表面存在划痕与折叠缺陷。为此,通过采取强化对入炉坯料表面质量检查、加强轧制过程管理以及通条顶锻试验抽查等措施,SWRCH22A冷镦钢盘条表面质量缺陷明显减少,1/4冷顶锻合格率也有了大幅地提高,开裂现象较少,满足了用户需求。According to the 1/4 cold forging cracking situation of SWRCH22A cold heading steel rod recently produced by a factory,the cracking situation was analyzed by the macro and micro analysis methods in this paper.And the corresponding solutions are proposed.The results show that the 1/4 cold forging cracking morphology of SWRCH22A cold heading steel rod can be classified into four types:full length crack,cluster crack,multiple longitudinal crack and crackle crack,and the single full length crack is the main one.Based on the analysis of chemical composition,microstructure and surface quality of base metal of unqualified samples with full length cracking,it is found that the main reason for the 1/4 cold forging cracking is the scratch and folding defects on the surface of base metal of SWRCH22A cold heading steel rod.Therefore,the surface quality defects of SWRCH22A cold heading steel wire rod have been significantly reduced by strengthening the surface quality inspection of continuous casting billet,strengthening the management of rolling process and taking the spot check of strip upsetting test.The qualified rate of the 1/4 cold forging cracking of SWRCH22A cold heading steel rod has been greatly improved,and the cracking phenomenon is less,which meets the needs of users.
