摘 要:某钢厂连续出现2次批量热顶锻簇状开裂事故,对客户和公司造成较大损失,为彻底解决该类顶锻质量事故,通过宏观检验、化验分析和金相组织分析等手段分析现场成品和中轧样热顶锻簇状裂纹情况,结合质量事故发生时的轧制调整情况和有限元模拟,确定造成热顶锻簇状开裂与粗轧阶段无孔型轧制产生的褶皱缺陷有关,并通过有限元模拟优化孔型将无孔型改为箱型孔轧制.A steel mill have 2 consecutive batch cluster cracking accident in hot upsetting,cause big loss to customers and company,in order to solve this kind of upset forging quality accident completely,through macroscopic examination,laboratory analysis and microstructure analysis method to analysis the finished product and Cluster cracks in hot upsetting of medium rolling sample,combined with the quality of rolling adjustment at the time of the accident situation and the finite element simulation,make sure that hot upsetting clusters of cracking is related to Wrinkle defect caused by grooveless rolling in rough rolling stage,and through finite eleme nt simulation to optimize the pass change grooveless rolling into box hole rolling.
