摘　　要：针对准池铁路既有公务电话系统设备老旧,不能满足运输生产需求的现状,通过研究分析,提出了公务电话系统升级改造的可行性方案,即用软交换系统替代原有的程控交换机完成电话交换功能。通过方案的实施,提高了办公效率,有效降低了设备维护成本。The existing public telephone system equipment in Zhunchi railway is obsolete and cannot meet the demand of transportation. Through investigation and analysis, the feasibility plan of upgrading the existing public telephone system is put forward, in which original program-controlled switch is replaced with soft-switching one. After the implementation of the transformation, the efficiency of operation has been improved and the costs of equipment maintenance can also be effectively reduced.
