宫腔内灌注地塞米松对胚胎反复种植失败患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨胚胎反复种植失败(RIF)患者再次行冻融胚胎移植(F-ET)前宫腔内灌注地塞米松磷酸钠注射液(dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,DexSPI)对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2018年6月至2020年10月于我院再次行F-ET的RIF患者作为研究对象,其中内膜转化日宫腔内灌注DexSPI为研究组,同期未行宫腔灌注的RIF患者作为对照组,比较两组的临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、早期流产率。结果研究组临床妊娠率和胚胎着床率均高于对照组(47.62%vs. 26.51%,38.46%vs. 21.24%),差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),早期流产率差异无统计学意义。结论 F-ET前行宫腔内灌注DexSPI可以提高RIF患者的临床妊娠率及胚胎着床率。Objective To investigate the frozen-thawed embryo transfer(F-ET)outcomes of the patients with repeated embryo implantation failure(RIF)after intrauterine injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate(DexSPI).Methods RIF patients who received F-ET again in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2020 were assigned into DexSPI group and control,and the former received intrauterine injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate on the day of endometrial transformation,while the later did not receive intrauterine injection on the same time.The clinical outcomes were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in DexSPI group were significantly higher than those in the control group(clinical pregnancy rate 47.62%vs.26.51%,embryo implantation rate 38.46%vs.21.24%)(P<0.05),no significant difference in early abortion rate.Conclusion Intrauterine injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate may improve the F-ET outcomes of the patients with RIF.
